Grelease
Grelease is a ready to use, solvent carried chemical release agent for application to formwork to ensure clean, easy release in all concrete casting work.

Uses
As a release agent on all timber, plywood, steel and plastic coated moulds.
Grelease also waterproofs timber formwork and so ensures controlled hydration of the cement. Grelease protects steel from rusting and helps in removal of existing rust.

Coverage
Grelease will cover 20 – 40m2 per liter dependent on porosity of formwork.

Grelease WB
Grelease WB is an emulsifiable mould release fluid for application to all types of formwork to reduce and eliminate surface imperfections in concrete products.

Uses
As a release agent for all type of formwork include timber, plywood, steel and polyester moulds. GreLease WB reduce or eliminate surface imperfections in the concrete product industry.

Coverage
Typical coverage after dilution is 40 – 60m2 per litre dependent on types of formwork.

Surface Retarder FV / FH
Surface retarder is a water-based material that retards the setting of the concrete surface such that the underlying concrete had hardened and the
concrete surface can be washed off with stream of water or scrubbed by stiff brush.

Surface retarders are available in 2 grades:-

FV – for vertical application (form-work)
FH – for horizontal application (slab surface)
